How long do the Cookie Collab cookies last?
The Cookie Collab cookies are baked fresh to order and we recommend eating upon receiving them for freshness. If not consumed within a few days of receiving them, we recommend storing it in the freezer and thawing at room temperature before enjoying them again. Cookies can be frozen for a period of up to 3 months.
Do you offer gluten free cookies?
No, we do not offer gluten free cookies, but you never know what the future holds.
Are the Cookie Collab cookies processed in a nut free kitchen?
No, The Cookie Collab bake out of a kitchen that is exposed to nuts, dairy, soya, egg, and gluten. While we do have some cookies that don’t contain nuts, please keep in mind that all cookies may be exposed to nuts during processing. We are not a Nut Free facility.
Can the Cookie Collab hold my order for a later date?
No, we do not hold orders for a later date. Once orders are placed and cookies are baked, they are shipped out to the customer to ensure they are fresh as possible when you receive them.
How do I reheat my Cookie Collab cookies?
The Cookie Collab cookies can be reheated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a soft gooey center, or alternatively you can reheat them in the oven or air fryer for 2-3 minutes for a crispier outside with a gooey center.
